We are pleased to announce that this year’s MCRA Annual General Meeting will be held in person at Warren House on Thursday 12th October at 7.00pm.

Voting on the ordinary resolutions will be by show of hands for those present, plus proxies. For those not able to attend, a proxy form is enclosed and Members are asked to complete and return the form by no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 10th October, 2023.  

It would also be helpful if any questions on Estate matters are sent in advance of the meeting to office.mcra@gmail.com and we will do our best to answer them. As in the previous years, we are sending all the information for the AGM by email and publishing the following documents:

• Notice of the Annual General Meeting

• Minutes of the 2022 AGM

• Directors’ Report 2023

• Financial Statements for year ended June 30th 2023

• Proxy form
