Recent security incidents on the Estate

We have been made aware of two incidents on the Estate that occurred in December.

On New Year's Eve, a man (pictured left) approached a house on Warren Park and, through the telecom, asked if guard dogs were present on the property. He then waved and smiled at the camera before leaving.

Before Christmas, a resident notified us of vandalism when a well-loved pine tree on Warren Road, was chopped down and stolen.

We ask that members ensure their property is always secure and to alert the police of

any suspicious activity on the Estate.
