Thank you to those residents who attended our AGM ln October. The MINUTES for this meeting are added to the buttons below.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s MCRA Annual General Meeting will be held in person at Warren House on Thursday 8th October at 7.00pm.

Voting on the ordinary resolutions will be by show of hands for those present, plus proxies. For those not able to attend, a proxy form is enclosed and Members are asked to complete and return the form by no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 6th October, 2026.

It would also be helpful if any questions on Estate matters are sent in advance of the meeting to office.mcra@gmail.com and we will do our best to answer them. As in the previous years, we are sending all the information for the AGM by email and publishing the following documents:
